Nothing on this site measures your visit until you press Accept on the banner. If you press Refuse, no analytics script loads. Booking, calling and every page work the same either way. Your choice is kept in this browser only, not in a cookie.
What we measure, after you accept
- Google Analytics 4 — pages visited and buttons pressed, such as book and call, to see which pages help patients reach us.
- Microsoft Clarity — not active yet. When added, it will not run on the booking pages or the staff admin pages, and typed text is masked.
- Our own usage table — not active yet. When added, it records which page sections are viewed and clicked, with your city only. Your IP address is never stored. Raw records are deleted after 30 days; only daily totals are kept.
When you book
The details you enter in the booking form are sent to the hospital so the desk can confirm your appointment. Your mobile number is checked with a one-time SMS code. This happens whether or not you accept analytics.
